Hi, I searched the forum here but could not find it. My question is, where is the night mode on IOS? I cannot setup a schedule, kids are getting awake in the evening. It is kinda annoying because the old settings are now unreachable. Also on iPad same issue. I have 2 nest mini and one hub. I tried a android phone of a friend and the settings where there except on IOS.
now what?
cheers.

It's missing for us too on IOS.
On this thread, a Google Nest Community Specialist suggested deleting and reinstalling the Google Home app:

On this thread, Google Nest has not replied:
There's a post on Reddit as well;

Hi, thanks. Yes I was aware of this topics I found them on Google but nothing on the forum here. Also reinstalling google home does not help.

I’m have same issue for my nest mini. Reported it today via chat support. They were not aware of this. I’m on iOS 15.7 and have the latest version of google home. This is very annoying now.
Night mode disappeared and the lights stay on while I have white noise playing in background at night.
it didn't seem like the support team were even aware of this bug.
Please fix!

How would Google Nest Support not know about this? Two weeks ago, on the thread below, Community Specialist @Juni suggested reinstalling the Google Home app to see if that would resolve it, and to report back if it didn't. The customer reported back 2 weeks ago, and no response yet from Google Nest.

It's also reported on this thread:

I replied on a different thread as well but I was able to find a sort of solution. I was having this same issue and it was really bothering me that I couldn’t adjust volume etc., and since the setting completely disappeared from the app I just asked Google to turn off Night Mode and that was the only thing that worked. I can’t adjust the settings in any way from what I can see but telling Google to turn it off seemed to do the trick. As long as you’re okay with not being able to change the settings, it can at least be turned off!

Hi folks,
We are looking into this. For now we need your help in submitting feedback using your Nest speakers and displays and use this keyword "GHT3 Night mode option missing in the GH app". For now you can control the night mode via voice command "Turn on/off night mode".
Let us know by updating this thread, and we're glad to assist you further.
Thanks,
Juni

The "Night mode" setting disappeared in a recent update to the Google Home app; see this post (among many):

Hi folks
@MplsCustomer, thanks for the help.
@nestminiuser1, thanks for posting here in the Google Nest Community. I know how it feels when something isn’t working as it should, let’s get this resolved. You can check this helpful link on how to enable the Night mode feature on your Google Nest Mini. If it's not showing, try to uninstall and reinstall your Google Home app and observe if it will make a difference.
Keep me posted.
Thanks,
Juni

This is very disappointing then. You cannot call Google you have to follow all kind of “solutions” and when you put it on a google community the desk is not reading?? This issue is older then a week, I suppose it would be not that difficult to help the apples back on track with a software update.

Hi Jeff_Lebowski,
Thanks for posting. Rest assured that our team is on top of this. Don't forget to submit feedback as every bit of feedback helps a ton.

Please do keep us posted. It’s pretty frustrating that night mode isn’t working since I only use the nest mini for background noise while sleeping and cannot use it at all now. Since the mini lights are on and the assistant talking volume cannot be lowered.
Pretty much useless. This is a good enough reason for me to go Amazon Echo.
This issue has been open for a few weeks now based on others impacted.

I literally just purchased two nest audios for this exact function and now it’s gone?!? I’m devastated! Hope it’s resolved soon!

Hello everyone,
We have found the solution and are working on a stable fix. After a series of investigations we found out that the issue is isolated on iOS devices.
Can anyone confirm? If you have a spare phone, try to use an Android device and tell me how it goes.
Thanks,
Dan

In this 3 weeks of time i see still no solution, I don’t understand why this takes so long. It is kind of annoying.

Hi folks,
Hi Jeff_Lebowski, thanks for the response. Could you provide the Google Home app version installed on your iPhone?
Looking forward for your response
