Not receiving notifications from the Home app for anything. Please help me.

I've tried just about everything and I'm at the end of my rope. I have to be missing something glaring obvious and I hope someone can point it out. 

 

I installed the new Nest doorbell (wired) yesterday and discovered that I'm not receiving any notifications from the Home App. I'm not sure when this started, but I think it's been quite awhile. 

 

I have went through and turned on all notifications for the Home and Google apps, both in the app and on my phone. I've toggled all notifications. I've cleaned data and cache from both apps. I uninstalled and reinstalled both apps. I've rebooted my phone several times. I've went in to all of the individual device settings and made sure all notifications are turned on. Nothing I do will give me push notifications. 

 

I certain this is an issue with some setting on my phone. My spouse and I both have a Pixel 6 Pro, both are on Android 13. We both have the most current version of the Home and Google apps. She is receiving all of the notifications without issue. I've went through and compared settings between our two phones and they all appear to be there same, but I am not receiving notifications.

 

Please help. What am I missing? 😞

I've already went this route and haven't gotten very far. I'm probably on to my 3rd person now. Lots of repeat, basic, questions. No answers or suggestions.

Is there a way to have this issue escalated? I leaving to go out of town for a week and the point of getting the doorbell and camera was for some security and piece of mind while away. 

 

I'm now going on week 2 of non-responsive support and my investment is starting to seem like a waste.
