Oops. How do I fix my screwup so I can connect a device to my Google wifi network?

During install, I accidentally chose for the device to not be discovered and now I can't install it.  Can I reset this for this particular device?

Hi Kimberlyq, there are most of the times ways to reset the device to factory settings, after which you should be able to initiate the setup process anew. You failed to mention which type of device it is you were trying to configure, so we can't give you more detailed instructions than to look the reset procedure up in your device's manual yourself.

Thank you for your reply!  It's a smart baby bassinet called a Snoo.  I really want to avoid a factory reset as I'd need to reconfigure my whole setup.

I'd like to keep this open if possible, as I've been working with Snoo to try to resolve the issue and I am still waiting for responses from them.
