Pass Nest Account to another person

Hello, I have a problem that I hope someone can help me with. I have 3 Nest IQ exterior cameras on my terrace. I remember that I had to scan the barcode behind the base to set them up before installing them high up on various walls. I had to rent a tall ladder for the job. Five years on and I am selling my home (the cameras are staying as part of the sale).

My question is whether there is an easy way to pass on my account to the new buyer. If not, I assume he wiil have to rent a special ladder to access them, take them off the base so he can scan them (that's if the barcode is still visible) and then reattach them. Is there an easier way for him to set them up in his name?

Thanks in advance for any advice.

Unfortunately, Google Nest does not provide any easy process for passing ownership of Google Nest devices to another owner.

They do provide this "moving guide":

Basically, you will need to remove all of your devices from the Google Nest app or Google Home app while on your current Wi-Fi network, as appropriate, and then either you or the new owner will need to do a factory reset of each device (https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162) and then the new owner will need to reinstall each device on their Google Account in the Google Nest app or Google Home app, as appropriate.
