Philips Hue with Google Hume

I have my Philips Hue account linked to Google Home. Google Home seems to ignore where I've set bulbs in my current Home (via Philips Hue App) and tries to keep placing them in a historical, deleted Home. Is there a way of doing a sort of "Factory Reset" on Google Home?

Hey Clarkus,

I am sorry to hear you are having trouble. I know this is not ideal. I wanted to jump in, and see if I could be of any help. I did find a helpful article with more details on the feature. Please let me know if that helps, or if you have any questions from here.

Best regards,

Jake

Jake - no, none of it is relevant to my problem. However, in the meantime I did find, by  chance, that PART of the issue may actually start with the Philips Hue app. The problem with Google HOME is that you can't remove anything which is not currently linked to your current home - their ghostly presence remains. However, although I cannot remember all of the steps as I sit here, if you go into the HUE app, and spend the time to reset all of your bulbs and devices, their past connections are revealed and can be deleted, This, I think (more testing required) has solved my problem.
