Hi, Ive recently purchased a used bose home speaker 500. Im trying to add this to my home but says already part of a home and gives me option to request access to this home. Is there anyway i can remove the previous owner and add this my own home?? Ive tried factory resetting the device with no success.
Any suggestions?
