Setting up a smart plug to run for 5 mins at a time, every 20 mins

Hello, I'm wondering if this is possible.

I have a Kasa wifi smart plug mini that I have an exhaust fan hooked up to. I need this fan to run every 20 minutes, for 5 minutes at a time. The closest I can find is setting up a routine to turn it on/off, but it looks like I need to add each one manually which means I'd have to do 144 entries manually which sounds mind-numbing. Is there a way to automate this on a timer?
