TIS Control Limited & Google Home app. Could not reach TIS after re-link!!!

Unable to re-link TIS smart home devices after unlink from Google Home app ("Works with google" in Set up devices).

It shows up error "Could not reach TIS Control Limited. Please try again!".

The first time I linked it was successful(devices shows up), but it's not updating devices so I unlinked it and then re-link TIS account but it did not succeed. SmartThings from Samsung doesn't have TIS devices or link account. Already tried to unlink in Google Account -> Security -> Linked Account -> Unlink TIS, but it doesn't work either. Also in Assistant setting -> Devices -> *Remove move all devices, also doesn't solve the problem. Already clear data, uninstall, reinstall Google Home app, reboot phone also didn't work. The email account on Google Home is the same as TIS email account.

Please, can anyone have solutions to help me solve this problem? @GoogleNestTeam please help me!!!??

Hey there,
Sorry for the late response, but I wanted to drop in here to help.

I understand this issue can be confusing but I definitely wanted to stop by and see how I could help.

Just wanted to double check to see if you were still needing help on this? Thanks for letting us know what troubleshooting steps you've tried as well. While we don't have any information on that error code, we would suggest reaching out to the manufacturer to see what information they may have on this.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Best regards,
Garrett DS
