Teckin account won't connect in Google Home App

Have a lot of Teckin smart devices. Been using them with the Google Home App no problem for years. All of a sudden, Google Home App drops my link to the Teckin App. Now, none of the devices are showing in Google Home. When I try to add Teckin in the Home Control page, it tells me my account doesn't exist when it 100% does. I am literally logged into the Teckin app using the same credentials. It feels like the Teckin option in the Home Control list isn't the same as the app.

A few questions: are your Teckin devices working on its native app? Are there any changes or updates on your network or devices before it happens? Also, what's the response of your Google Home when you try to control your Teckin devices?

 

Give these steps a try:

 

  • Try logging out your Teckin account from the Teckin app.
  • Reboot your devices and router to refresh the connection.
  • Make sure your apps are all updated.
