Trop de tentatives infructueuses pour ouvrir le volet de mon entreprise

Bonjour,

Je me suis trompé quelques fois avec le code à 4 chiffres pour ouvrir le volet de mon entreprise avec l'application Google Home

Du coup je suis bloqué car il est noté: Trop de tentatives infructueuses. Réessayer plus tard

Pas moyen de trouver la solution pour pouvoir l'utiliser de retour, quelqu'un peut m'aider?

  • Could you please confirm if you are using a smart device to control your business shutter? 
    • If you are using a smart device to control your business shutter, could you please provide me with the make and model of the device?
    • If you are referring to smart shutters, could you please let me know the make and model?
  • Are your business shutters added to your personal Google account?
  • Are your business shutters Matter-enabled devices?
