Unable to add Family Member to Google Home

Hi,
Trying to add my wife to my Google Home.  When she clicks the email invitation it tells her she is in a different country to me.

We are in the same country and in the same room.
Both our accounts have the same home addresses defined
We do not have any payment methods defined as we have not had to buy anything yet.

Can someone please shed some light on this ?   I have read other threads on this but no conclusive answers seem to have been provided.

Are either of you using a VPN? That can cause this issue. Try pausing it, or disabling the VPN during set-up. Then the VPN can be reenabled when complete.

Another possibility is that location services are not turned on, or not given permissions.

Hi N2Y2,
Thanks for your reply.  We were not using VPN however when we started poking around with location services settings,  this seems to have solved our issue.
