While casting some videos i cannot hear any audio, in built in chromecast tv how to solve it ?

Thanks for getting back to us. There might be some settings on your TV that need to be configured. Also, resetting your TV might help, so it's best to contact your TV manufacturer since they are more familiar with your TV.

A few questions: when did the issue start? Is this only happening when casting from one app or across all apps? Are you casting a video using a mobile phone or a computer through the Chrome browser? In the meantime, try the steps listed below:

 

  1. Make sure the device you're using for casting is not muted (mobile phone, laptop/computer).
  2. Make sure that the TV is not muted.
  3. Unplug the TV and plug it back in after 2 minutes.
  4. Check if the no audio issue occurs when using a different app and/or websites. 

Note: If the issue persists, please reach out to your TV manufacturer for further help.

Sorry for late reply, I thought that i had transferred the message through email. My problem is still not solved, most of my videos are not showing any problem while casting. I use es filexplorer Chromecast. For some videos of size approximately 5-6gb . I cannot hear any audio.

No problem at all. Have you tried to use a mobile phone and cast a video content from a Chromecast-enabled app? If you haven't yet, please try that and check if the same issue persists.
