Yeelight light suddenly removed from Google Home

And I can't reconnect it, neither with yeelight account nor yeelight pro account. I already saw others posted the same issue. How do I sort this out?

Hi Luca2049,

 

I’m sorry to hear about the trouble you’re experiencing with your Yeelight account. Let’s further look into it. A few questions: do you have household members in the Google Home app? If yes, can they see Yeelight from their Google Home app? Unlink and relink Yeelight on their account. Are you getting any messages when reconnecting your Yeelight account?

 

Try doing the steps below:

 

  • Go to Third-party apps & services from your Google Account > Remove Yeelight app’s access.
  • Clear app cache. Open your phone’s Settings > Apps > Select the Google Home app (and the Yeelight app) > Tap Storage, and then tap Clear cache.
  • Force close and reopen the Google Home app, then link the Yeelight again.
  • If that didn’t work, try to use a different phone.
