i lost my mobile and recovery gmail

My mobile was lost,i want to recovery my gmail account and I forget gmail password....I trying When recovering a GMail account, a code is sent to the mobile number. But they ask that a code is also sent to gmail. How will we have gmail when the mobile is lost? How do we get the code in gmail?... I think Google also can't solve this problem

I don't think Google can do any more than what's documented there.
