iPhone Nest App will not logon after using Google signon

Starting yesterday, August 8th, I can't logon on my iPhone Nest App.  All I get is the TRY AGAIN bar.  It says: There was a problem connecting to the Nest service. Try again in a few minutes.

I can logon successfully onto Nest on the internet: https://home.nest.com/login/?next=https%3A%2F%2Fhome.nest.com%2F

Are there any solution how to fix this on my iPhone Nest app?

Having the same issue. Mine started yesterday. Tried resetting the nest and redownloading the app, neither worked.

I’m also having the same issue. I can access the thermostat and camera online, but it won’t connect on my iPhone or iPad. Need a fix ASAP!!

Update: The Nest app on my iPhone works now but the front screen has changed.  The display does not list the rooms anymore.  You have to drill down on each device icon for the room information.  Glad it works again.

Update: It did work for a short period, now I can't logon.  Very erratic.  Using Google Home also to control the thermostats in the interim.

Mine is doing the same thing, iphone and ipad.  Won’t connect with service.  Going through google home I can adjust the temperature, but am unable to see humidity, which is critical for a condo in FL after Debby—we are elsewhere for the summer.

Hey folks - wanted to check in. I haven't seen any new posts about this since Friday, are you still having trouble logging into the Nest app on iOS?

Mine is working now.  Was down for a couple days but then just started working again.

After 48 hours, the Nest app on my iphone started to work again with new display format. Thanks for checking.

Ours was back again Saturday—what a relief.  I realize how invaluable this tool is for controlling humidity while we are away, and it did indeed need controlling, reading at 69% once I was able to see it again!  Now back in the 50s, a safe level.

I have same issue. My thermostats no longer show up on Nest app. I’ve tried all suggestions. I just downloaded Google Home app and my thermostats show up there.

Hey @DK89141

I'm not certain you're experiencing the same issue that OP described, the unable to log-in behavior isn't continuing for folks. I encourage you to create a new topic regarding your devices showing up in the Google Home app and not the Nest app. Please include details like your specific model of thermostat, as this might not be an actual issue as newer devices must be set up in the Google Home app and not the Nest app.

Cheers,
Kelan

Solved my issue. I have a Nest 2nd gen thermostat that was migrated to Goole Nest last year. Somehow my Google Nest login reverted back to pre-migration account login.
