I need help from a live person at google. My husband migrated the nest to google home. I spent approximately one hour on chat last night. Reference # 4-6844000031697. While I was following suggested steps the person from Google decided I had taken too long and disconnected chat. I NEED help. If online help can't stay with me, please call me. I will respond with my pixel 3 phone number if someone cares to help. By the way, I tried all suggested step before person disconnected chat and those did not work. Please HELP!

Did your husband add you as a home member in the app? He has to go into the app: Open Google Home > Settings (the big gear looking icon) > Household > Then +Invite Person
He needs to add (link) your email (Google Account) to the Home that you have set up. Once you are a member, you can open your Google Home app and you should have access to everything. It will even recognize your voice from him if you have any assistant devices. Hope this helps!
