one of my Google Nest is offline. I tried to reply to this previous solutions, however it would not

I recently posted about one of my nests going offline. I tried to reply to the solutions that were given, however it would not allow? 
I am still dealing with the issue

Thanks for bringing this up and I’m sorry you have that experience. Let’s check what’s going on. A few things: Which Nest speaker? What troubleshooting steps did you take?

I have unplugged and reset. I have moved beside hub. I have moved locations so it is closer to hub.

I tested the mesh connection between the three. I still see the one being offline

What is the color of the LED light on the offline point?

 

Could you factory reset the point through the app, then add it back?
