My original setup are 1 no. doorbell + 1 no. nest hub 2. It work pretty good don't give problem at all. Problem start few days ago I bought 3 more nest hub for my 3 bedrooms. After all the new nest hub done configured something wrong with when I press the nest doorbell. When doorbell pressed only one of nest hub work find with bell ring & video. The others three nest hubs was only bell ring and no video (screen notice: CAMERA FEED IS NOT AVAILABLE) I had already factory reset all the 4 nest hub 2  and nest doorbell. Please advise how to troubleshoot and do necessary settings. Thanks.

@Garyliang10

Sometime last year, there was a "Camera feed is not available" issue with Nest Hubs that was corrected shortly afterwards with a firmware update. Since your three Nest Hubs are new, and might have been sitting on a shelf somewhere, perhaps they don't have the latest firmware. You could try waiting a couple of days to see if any firmware updates are pushed out that would correct the problem.  (There is no way to trigger or force a firmware update.)

Hi Garyliang10,

Thank you for posting. I'm sorry for the issue that you have with your Nest Doorbell and the three Nest Hubs. Help's here.

You can check out the following article on how to set up the Nest Doorbell with your Google Nest Hub. There are a few configurations you can try. Also, you can check if the Visitor Announcement is active on your Nest Doorbell.

Let me know if you need more assistance.

Regards,

Byron
