I've had issues with installation so I hired a tech. Problem solved, so I thought. Later the camera went offline and stated to finish install or exit setup. Both failed so I removed the device from my home in the app. Once removed I reinstalled it with no problems. I was happy until I seen 2 floodlights visible for the same camera. I called Google Support. They were unable to assist with removal of one of the duplicate floodlights. Another ticket has been made for further assistance. Has anyone else encountered this? If so, how were you able to remove one of the floodlights? We've tried to remove the camera from the acct several times and have been unsuccessful.

Google haven't been able to help us at all ever with any of the faults for over a year. I wouldn't be holding my breath on this one. In saying that i know how frustrating it is and can sympathise with you and truly hope you can rectify your problem. To any prospective buyers take heed don't buy google cameras buy another brand. Google cameras never have been and never will be fit for purpose.

Thanks for the feedback. After several unsuccessful attempts to remove the device from the Home App, they're sending me a new Nest Cam w/ Floodlight. Hopefully the replacement operates as intended/designed.
