10+ years as an owner of Dropcam cameras and Nest Aware Subscriber

I have been an owner and subscriber for 10+ years  of 5 Dropcam cameras and Nest Aware. I received a notice in the nest app about the impending death of my equiptment. 
I have been waiting for the email with the promo codes to replace 3 of my dropcam cameras. Nothing for months. 
I call customer service and all I get is…. We are escalating your case… you will get an email in 24 to 48 hours. When they check my eligibility, they all say,  “you super qualify”. I asked for the department the case was escalating to, the last CS person refused to give it to me. 

I have adopted the Google ecosystem 100%. I only want what the company offered its loyal customers. 
I’m not sure where I can turn for help

Hello Lance: I got an email with a link and instructions on how to order the cameras step by step. The email is missing the promo code. 
I replied to the sender Erica. No response yet about the missing promo code.

I have some older Nest Cam cameras. Are they going to go obsolete next year?

Hello Jay2004dee,

Awesome — glad to hear that, and thanks for getting back to us. Both Dropcam and Dropcam Pro are the only cameras that will go obsolete next year. All first-generation Nest cameras will still be functional in both the Nest and Google Home apps. Please let me know if you have any questions.
