24/7 Recordings

I have 3 google nest cameras (battery) all plugged into outlets with power cords and I have a Nest Aware Plus subscription but I cannot access 24/7 recordings. All I can see are event based recordings. What is the issue? Do others have this problem?

@gman65

If I go to our Google Nest Camera (Battery) (which is plugged in with the optional power cable) in the Google Home app and click on "History" below the video feed, and then, on the next screen, click on "Full History", I can access 24/7 video history for the last 10 days.

I still just see event based recordings. Their support has no idea why.

Deleted a posting asking if you have Nest Aware+.   That'll teach me to read so fast :).    I don't know what's up, then.  I'd keep pushing on the support people.

Thanks! I double checked the power outlets and they work so either the cords or cameras are defective or the installers did something wrong.

My reply was not accurate. It should read like this:

With our one Google Nest Battery camera, with the optional power cable feeding towards the FRONT of the camera, when we select the camera in the Google Home app, we get a screen that says "Live". If we click "History" at the bottom of the screen, we get a timeline that displays below the video feed. We can scroll through that timeline to see 24/7 recordings. Unfortunately, the user interface is not as good as in the Google Nest app and there is only one color flagging events. Above the timeline is a "Full history" option that, when selected, displays Events.

If you go to your cameras in the Google Home app and select Settings and then Video, does it say, under Video History, "60-day event and 10-day 24/7 video history"?  (That's what ours shows.)
