If your Nest Camera doesn’t automatically switch to or from Night Vision when lighting conditions change you might experience a pink, blue or purple hue when watching your Nest Camera’s video stream.
Give these steps a try:
1. Make sure that Night Vision is set to Auto.
In the Home app:
In the Nest app:
2. Check that outdoor lights don’t shine into your Nest Camera lens. In some cases, bright lights can delay or prevent your Nest Camera from switching to Night Vision.
3. Reset your Night Vision settings or restart your Nest Camera. Which method you’ll use depends on which app you use to set up your Nest Camera.
