I purchased a 3 unit Package of Google-Nest Indoor/Outdoor Wire Free Security Cameras. Only one Secure Loop was in the package. I contacted Google Nest support and asked if the two missing Support Loops could be sent to me. They indicated they needed to send me complete replacement cameras for the two missing Loops, as they supposedly do not have individual replacement parts. This makes absolutely no sense. A major inconvenience for me, and additional expense for the company. I am very dissatisfied with Google Nest customer support. They can only follow the script on the computer screen in front of them, and cannot use common sense to make a reasonable decision to help the customer.
