Add camera to home account

Hi All,

I'm trying to add my new Nest Doorbell to my existing google workspace account but I am having a lot a trouble.

I go to add the doorbell but it wants me to migrate my exisitng Nest account to Google home (I have a nest thermostat) but I can't do that as I can't migrate the nest account to a workspace account, it has to be a personal account.  My workspace has my own domain, files, emails etc on it so changing google account is not an option.

I deleted the nest account but every time I try and add the doorbell, it asks me if I have a nest account, I answer no, accept the warning telling me I can't migrate, agree to the nest terms and conditions and then it warns me I must disconnect the works with nest.  I tried the disconnect button but it flashes up with an error at the bottom "Request contains an invalid argument" and bounces me back to the previoius screen.

I have gone to accounts and there is no link to nest
I can't link my nest account as the account doesn't exist any more

Any ideas how I can totally remove my nest account from Google?

Is it the new Nest Doorbell (battery) that you have? You can check here:

If so, that is designed for and setup using the Home app, not the Nest app. It sounds like you're trying to add it to the Nest app?

To set it up in the Home app, you'll need a personal Google account. You won't be able to setup the doorbell using a Google Workspace account.
