Adding doorbell camera

Trying to add my nest doorbell on my new phone. I get to a point where I need to accept ‘Supplemental Nest terms’, hit ‘I agree’ and keep getting served the error ‘Request failed Your request could not be completed’. Only option shown is ‘OK’. It transferred ok to a family member's phone but cannot add to mine

If the Nest doorbell was transferred to a family member’s phone, you no longer have to add it to your new phone. Instead, let the family member invite you to the home structure where the doorbell was transferred. Once you’re added as a home member, you’ll have full access to and control over devices and services in that home structure.
