Admin access to all family members

Is there a way to limit who can shut off cameras or changes settings? I want my kids on my Google home family, however I don't want to give them the access to be able shut off cameras. That's part of the reason we got the cameras in the first place but it does no good when they can shut the cameras off.

Unfortunately, the only option Google Nest offers for camera access is to invite someone to be a member of your Google Nest "household" as a "home member", giving them "full access and control of devices and services".
