Already installed Google wired doorbell in new house

I moved to a new place with an existing Google Doorbell. I can’t get it off the bracket because the previous owner put some waterproofing around the bracket. Is there a way to set it up without the QR code or numeric code?

To install either the older Google Nest Hello Doorbell or the newer 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell, you need either the QR code or the 6-character alphanumeric Setup Code.

If you still need help with the Nest doorbell, you may contact a Nest Pro to help you set up the device. In the US, you can contact our installation partner, OnTech. For all other countries, you can book an appointment with a Nest Pro. You can check out this handy guide for information on Google Nest professional installation services.

I appreciate your help, MplsCustomer.
