Another Nest Aware Plus Upgrade Problem

After buying two Nest Cams and having them installed, I was subscribed to the trial nest aware, which was automatically billed after 30 days and I pay annually because I have the disposable income, and its cheaper that way, but now that I want to check 24/7 recorded history it turns out I only subscribed to Nest Aware and not Nest Aware Plus, and I cant for the life of me figure out how to upgrade my subscription. I just read a bunch of similar complaints stretching back to April of this year, so I know there's not a single thing that one of your "community support specialists" is going to be able to do to help me. It's so stupid that I am right now trying to find a way to give Google more money, but I cant do it because Google is a poorly focused company that is heading the way of Microsoft, and is failing at competing with Apple. I think it's about time I throw in the towel and switch to the premium phone company.

You should be able to upgrade to Nest Aware Plus from your subscriptions page on the Google Store:

https://store.google.com/subscriptions

If you select your subscription, do you not see such an option?

If you find that you cannot upgrade your subscription online (this post says there is no way to do it online: https://www.googlenestcommunity.com/t5/Nest-Aware/No-option-to-upgrade-to-nest-aware-plus/td-p/23227...), you could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription.":
