After buying two Nest Cams and having them installed, I was subscribed to the trial nest aware, which was automatically billed after 30 days and I pay annually because I have the disposable income, and its cheaper that way, but now that I want to check 24/7 recorded history it turns out I only subscribed to Nest Aware and not Nest Aware Plus, and I cant for the life of me figure out how to upgrade my subscription. I just read a bunch of similar complaints stretching back to April of this year, so I know there's not a single thing that one of your "community support specialists" is going to be able to do to help me. It's so stupid that I am right now trying to find a way to give Google more money, but I cant do it because Google is a poorly focused company that is heading the way of Microsoft, and is failing at competing with Apple. I think it's about time I throw in the towel and switch to the premium phone company.

You should be able to upgrade to Nest Aware Plus from your subscriptions page on the Google Store:

If you select your subscription, do you not see such an option?
