I have a nest hello that’s less than 2 years old and is already cracking. It’s under a fully covered porch and isn’t exposed to any kind of extreme elements. Google’s response? Sending me a link to googles store to “purchase a new one” because mine is out of warranty. A multi billion dollar company can’t stand behind a 250 doorbell and it’s solution is to tell me to buy another? Absolutely ridiculous.

Hi there,
I apologize for my late response and thank you for all of your patience while waiting for a reply. I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. However, because the device is out of warranty, there really isn't anything we can offer you in the Nest Community Forums besides our apology. We do not even process these requests as Support processes replacement inquiries.
Best Regards,
Brad.

Assistance would require some kind of action on googles part. No saying “I’m sorry” or linking me to the Google store to purchase another poorly made product that won’t last two years.
