Any recent news on "Video not available" try again later?

Any new news on this "video not available try again later" issue?  I could find no answer looking at previous posts back to 2022.  Seeing this on legacy nest indoor cams (white) on google home PC app.  its normally on most recent clips, older clips seem to eventually show up...   really useless to miss most recent activity.  Nest app history works great for cams still there.  I wont migrate my older nest cams (over to google home app) until this gets solved...

Thank you for reaching out to the community. I understand that you're unable to see the camera through the app for an error message video not available try again later. I'm happy to help you!

To help me find the best solution, I'll need to ask you a few questions:

  • How is the Wi-Fi connection in that part of the house?
  • What type of led light is on the Nest Camera? (Green, blue or white light)
  • How far is the camera from the router?
  • do you have a Nest Aware subscription? If so, what type of Nest Aware subscription do you have?
  • How is the internet connection in general? Do you have any issues with any devices going offline, slow downloads, too many people online at once, etc.?

In the meantime, please try to do the troubleshooting below:
