My google nest doorbell malfunctioned. I have tried all available troubleshooting with no result. After contacting google support using the chat platform it was pointed out that my device needs replacement.No problem with that but for a reason google can only proceed with replacement if they have RMA centre at the country of residence. This is very limiting for google customers all around the globe. I don't understand why google can not used post or any other courier service available to make the replacement. Or at least provide a refund for a problematic product purchased.
I have been trying for weeks to sort out the matter with various members of Google Customer Care Team without any result so far. I am very frustrated on how a company like google cannot solve such a simple transactional issue and allows for a loyal customer to be put in so much trouble for such a simple thing. I am constantly keep getting transferred without any solution.
I am a loyal google customer but from my current experience i have been greatly disappointed. I hope my feedback reaches someone that can do something proportional to google name and values...

Thanks for letting us know about your situation.
Your frustration is completely understandable since your doorbell isn't working properly anymore. When we take a look at this article about the devices & services available by region, it's true that our devices and replacements aren't available in all regions.
However, since you acquired a device in an unsupported country, I suggest you fill out this form. While shipping directly to your region might not be possible, there might be another way we can reach a resolution.
