Battery Camera outdoor just quit won't charge turn on or charge

I have a Google Nest battery camera and it just all of a sudden quit working. I tried to remove it from the app and reinstall it but it has never turned on again. I tried charging it and it won't charge or factory reset. I am baffledcanyou please help.

if it is under warranty, get a replacement. Google will send you a refurbished one but still better that what you have.
