I recently purchased the Google Nest Battery Doorbell about two weeks ago. I had no issues with the Doorbell until two days ago when it started to go offline randomly. Earlier this morning it decided to work again and continued to work until afternoon when it turned offline. I have tried doing a factory reset today with no success. After the reset I placed it back outside and I am unable to pull the video clip of the event. At this moment as I am typing this, it says the camera is on and idle and when I go to live video, it says unavailable. All of my other Google products that are on the same wifi are working just fine.
Any ideas? Thank you.

I’m sorry to hear you’re having trouble with this. No worries, we'll check this out. A few questions: Are you getting any error messages? What's the status light of your Nest camera? Were there any recent changes to your Wi-Fi network? Also, are there devices or appliances (such as baby monitors, microwaves, cordless phones, etc.) near the camera? Keep us posted.
