I have two outdoor nest cameras (battery) and a video doorbell (battery) that have been working fine for several months. They went offline and I had to do a factory reset to get them connected to Wifi. They were working fine all day and suddenly they are offline again. Ugh!

Same thing is happening to my doorbell camera. Says offline and its been working for months. Tried powering off and on again. No change.
Maybe some issues at Google?

Same issue here. Nest Doorbell only 5 months old ( This replaced nest Hello which broke for the second time). New Doorbell kept going offline. Now it won't factory reset only green light emits. I checked voltage even changed the power supply. Wifi signal is good. Google chat not available. Trying to sent back Doorbell for warranty repair. FRUSTRATING!!!!

Important: Because a factory reset permanently erases the items listed above, we don’t recommend doing it as a troubleshooting step until you’ve tried restarting your camera and other troubleshooting options.
