Hi my doorbell sent error messages while it was raining saying it was experiencing extreme weather.
(The weather was fairly typical).
Since then the doorbell is offline and I can’t reconnect it.
My other Google devices are all online, I do not have problems with WiFi.
I have reset WiFi. I still can’t get the device online.
I have pressed the reset button, the white light came on briefly, but still offline.
The doorbell is fully charged, It feels warm to touch even though the environment temperature is 17 degrees centigrade.
Can anyone help?

Hey there,
I am terribly sorry to hear that you're having this issue with your Nest camera! I'm sure it's frustrating, but I'm happy to look into this and see how we can help out. The first troubleshooting step that I'd recommend would be to restart your device. By doing this, it should keep all your settings, and reconnect it to the same Wi-Fi network. This is helpful if it ever freezes, has connection problems, or isn't working normally.
