Has anyone had this issue? I charge my nest doorbell (battery) using the supplied charger. I’ve reset the unit, discharging , etc. but my battery powered doorbell does not seem to be holding its charge. I have it setup only to record and notify within a small zone in front of my house, so it shouldn’t be an issue with the number of events. Battery saver is turned on and it’s default mode is to get the best battery life. I haven’t had any success in getting contacted back from google about replacing my very-likely defective product.

Hi Pip89,
Thanks for reaching out! I'm sorry for the delayed response. I know how you feel and I'm with you on this, let's get this sorted. Is your Nest Cam Battery exposed to extreme temperatures(sunlight, dust, rain and snow)? How frequently do you receive camera notifications? Also, do you keep it connected to the charger until its battery is full?
Going over these steps might help:
Let me know how it goes.
Thanks,
JT
