Battery is dead. It will not take a charge.

I have 5 Nest Cameras. My newest one (November 2022) will not hold a charge. I tried the factory reset. Does nothing? The battery is dead. How do I return it? I bought it through Amazon, however, it was purchased November 2022. I have many Nest devices, thermostat, 5 cameras and several mini indoor displays.

Hello folks,

@donbiehn, thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To know more about this issue, I’d like to confirm, how did you perform the factory reset? What is the light status of it now? Have you tried contacting the seller and asking them if you can get a replacement? Looking forward to your response.

I appreciate the help, EmptyNester.

Best,
Emerson
