Battery life

After 59 minutes and 43 seconds troubleshooting on Friday, 3/22/2024, evening from 8:53pm, the doorbell battery is too low to have live video. 
During the troubleshooting,  i set the doorbell to manufacture setting twice,  reboot my wifi router once,  restarted my phone twice. Thw battery was fully charged when i get to doorbell setup on 3/22.  And today, 3/24, at 1pm, the doorbell is low in battery. 
What kind product do you offer to customers? This ismy 3rd doorbell replacement.  Each time,  i need spend more than an hour on the phone for troubleshooting, and another hour to do the replacement process,  then wait for 7 days to get my replacement.  
Your product dose not protect my home just waste my time to charge every other day, troubleshooting with your specialist,  go through all the replacement processes. You product doesn't meet any of the stated of standards.
Right now,  i am totally disappointed with your product,  don't want to go through another cycle of the replacement cycle. I don't want to waste any of my time.
