Battery powered wont wake up

My two new battery powered  nest cameras aren’t turning on when I walk by them outside at night. They seemed to work fine during the day and I set the wake up sensitivity To high. But they’re just not turning on with movement—they clearly dont see to wake up—can anyone tell me why this is?

No, thank you, I got them to work by deleting  them from the Wi-Fi and setting up again. It took a few tries and was pretty frustrating but they seem to be working OK now. I didn’t realize until I had purchased them that they would no longer work with the Nest app so I am on Google home now and that takes some getting used to. I think the interface on the Nest app is better. So much simpler to scroll through the doorbell (for instance)for the day instead of having to go and look at each individual event on the Google Home app. I sure hope the developers at Google recognize that the nest app just looks better and try to make Google home a little more functional. You really had something special in that Nest app. I’m disappointed that new cameras only work with Google Home so I had to migrate.
