I need to retrieve some video footage from July 12th. I have a criminal case pending and the old video footage has evidence on it. We changed our WiFi and lost all the old footage.

If you had to factory reset your camera or doorbell in order to update your Wi-Fi (it's too bad that's the only way Google Nest lets us update), you have probably lost access to your video history ("Factory reset: This erases all your personalized settings, deletes the entire video history, and restores the factory default settings." - https://support.google.com/googlenest/answer/9252162), but you could try contacting Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
