Best doorbell - not hardwired

I’ve recently recharged my doorbell and once I’ve put back out side and reconnected I can no longer see my history.  This has not happened before I’ve always been able to see the history.  How can I fix this please.

To provide you accurate information, please help me out by answering these following questions:

 

  • Do you see an error code when you try to check your history video? 
  • Do you have a subscription available? 
  • If so, what type of subscription do you have? To check if your subscription is active, follow the instructions: 

 

  1. Go to https://goo.gle/2NXcnMq and sign into your Google account.
  2. At the top right, select your profile and select Subscriptions.
  3. Under "Subscriptions," find "Nest Aware."
