We installed the doorbell. Camera worked. Light was blue. But we had no chimes.
Investigated the transformer. It was old. Replaced with a 16-24. [Ecobee thermostat which also uses it is working great] But the unit is now blinking yellow and there are still no chimes.
we held the button for five seconds and removed and readded it to the app. don’t know what to do next. The Gen 1 unit was SO much easier!
please help!
