When I go to the Australia (AU) support pages, to call Australia Nest support.
Starting from here: https://support.google.com/googlenest/?hl=en-AU
It then redirects me to: https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp
Appears to be the US help site.
I then request a CALL BACK. I check the hours of operation (Currently trying at 9 AM - AEDT, it is should have opened at 8 AEDT)
I then get a message to say I am trying out of hours (AS IF IT IS LOOKING UP THE US HOURS OF OPERATION)
I cant see any other way of getting a call back. It prefixes the Australian dialing code. But then it must look up the rules engine for US times. Major bug for Australian users. Same issue with trying to get an Australian phone number, from Australian help site. Gives me US number.
Surprised these bugs are yet to be raised. Really poor performance from Google functional testers not to pick up something so critical for the AU market

I definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, and I wanted to make sure that your concern was acknowledged. I am afraid I don't have a specific phone number for Australia as Support helps many people from many countries. You can fill out this Support Form first, and click next then there is an option for a phone call or chat.
