Hi olivierweb,

Thanks for posting here in the community. I'm sorry to hear if it's not working with your Google Chrome web browser while it's working with the others. What we can suggest is try reinstalling your Chrome web browser. Also, in addition to isolating the issue, you may try using your Chrome web browser on your mobile phone to check if it's having the same issue.

Looking forward to your response.

Regards,
Emerson

Hi there,

Thanks for sharing that with us. To help us get a better picture of what's happening, do you mind sharing a screenshot of your camera thumbnail from the web browser?

Regards,

JT

Merci pour votre aide.

Thanks for sharing the screenshot. Could you close and reopen the web browser and sign out from your account then sign back in? Let me know how it goes.

Thanks,

Bonjour,

J'ai le même problème après votre manipulation que j'avais déjà réalisé. J'ai même fait un nettoyage du cache et une réinstallation.

Merci pour votre aide,

Have you tried the previous troubleshooting steps that were suggested? I would also suggest you reinstall Google Chrome browser, restart your cameras, and try again.

Merci Brad,

J'ai déjà fait ces manipulation mais cela ne fonctionne toujours pas avec chrome sur mon iMac.

Pour rappel cela fonctionne avec tous les autres navigateur.

I am wondering if it would be best for you to seek some assistance from our Apps and Accounts forum, as this seems to be a concern with Google Chrome browser.

Best regards,

Brad

Hey everyone,

@olivierweb It's us again. I'm bumping up this thread to ensure that everything is covered here. We would suggest you try these steps:

  1. Make sure your device’s date & time settings are correct and automatically set. Don't set them manually.
  • Click the time on the upper-right corner of the screen, then select Date & Time Preferences.
  • Select the Date & Time tab.
  • Click the checkbox for Set date and time automatically to enable it.

       2. Make sure the web browser is on the latest version.

       3. Download any available system updates from Apple. Here's how:

  • On the upper-left corner of the screen, click the Apple and then select Software Update.
  • Launch the App Store app and then select the Updates tab.
  • Ignore any third-party (non-Apple) updates as these could take a long time.

       4. Check for possible browser extensions or add-ons that may be installed and prevent functionality of Adobe Flash. Only disable them for troubleshooting purposes.

For Google Chrome web browser:

  1. On the upper-right corner of the Chrome window, click the Menu icon and then select Settings.
  2. On the upper-left corner, select the Extensions link. Any extensions that have a check mark are enabled.
  3. Disable any Add-ons that are enabled.
  4. Close the browser (Command-Q), and relaunch it.

I appreciate the help, JT and Brad.

Thanks,

Emerson
