I have done all the troubleshooting that has been recommended, still will not connect. However, I believe this may be an issue but don't fully understand. During the troubleshooting, at the very end last night, I was prompted to create a Nest account, it already filled in another email that I didn't know was used for my camera account. Therefore, could this be impacting my situation? The message I keep getting after I put my wifi password in, is that "Trouble communicating with google".

Perhaps you should consider contacting Support, so you can explain the details of your situation, such as which camera you are trying to install, which Google Accounts you have used to install Google Nest products, and where in the process you are being prompted to create a Nest account. Also, the "Trouble communicating with Google" error may need to be resolved by Support.
To contact Support:
1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
