I woke up this morning to discover that my Nest Cam (Battery) event history has completely gone.
I received an email over night telling me my Nest Aware trial has 14 days left still, but my history for the last 14 days has gone.
This along with the glitchy footage I've had so far really are causing me to consider returning the camera and getting a different brand. It's not the end of the world having to use an app other than Home to use a camera.

You could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
