I bought 4 next indoor/outdoor cams “wired” around 2 years ago. I’ve used the nest app solely until I bought a new indoor/outdoor cam “wired” a few months ago. It would not all me to install it in my nest app. It instructed me to download the google home app. I was able to add it there. I cannot see my new camera in nest but I can see all of the cameras in google home. I only get notifications of my originally installed camera through nest. The google home app only sends notifications on my new camera. Even though I can see all of my cameras through google home the original cameras do not have a notification option settings in google home like my new camera does in google home. Any ideas? I guess worst case I can just keep both apps but I would rather just use one or the other if possible.

Same problems overhere.
I bought a new Nestcam Outdoor and it only appear in the google home app.
Some help needed to solve this issue

Unfortunately, Google Nest designed its new cameras and doorbells released starting in late 2021 so they work ONLY in the Google Home app and NOT in the Google Nest app or on the home.nest.com web page.
