Camera an floodlight

Camera was working fine did a reset as instructed by the help tab. It has power but will not connect to my home or my other nest devices

Thanks for reaching out. Let's get this sorted out. A few questions:

  1. What is the message you get when you try adding it back?
  2. What is the color of the LED lights on the Nest Cam with floodlight during setup?
  3. How far is the camera from the router?
