Camera and floodlight

I am so disappointed with this product. 
I would never think I would have to do this much research on a google product. So frustrating, the mount has to be a horizontal mount for the camera to be video upright, mine is vertical so the video is upside down, all google needed to do was make the wire a few inches longer to change the viewing. Also, the viewing does not link to the nest app for this product.

Thanks for reaching out. I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response. Let’s check this out. The 2nd gen Nest cameras including the Nest Camera with Floodlight uses a Google Home app to pair it to your home WiFi. If you have 1st gen Nest cameras that are in the Nest app, you can view them together in the Google Home app by signing into your account and it should be migrated to Google.
