I bought 3 sets of 2 nest battery cameras, 5 of them work perfectly fine but there’s one that keep draining the battery. All the cameras have the same setup as to minimum motion and to save battery. Like i mentioned, 5 works fine and they give me 20-25 days of battery, but that one could be fully charge and it only gives 3-6 days of battery. I unmounted, charge it and leaved it on in an area where no motion was getting detected to test it out. 4 days after, the camera is out of battery. I’ve been trying to open a ticket to get a replacement from google but the link they provide, it refers me to this blog. Can anyone help me directing me to the right link to request a replacement or a contact number i can call to solve this issue?
